Rachel bijas

Rachel Bijas Hi! I’m Rachel — 25, a teacher-in-training on the path to Montessori certification, and mom to one very curious little girl. I’m the kind of Montessori enthusiast who turns everyday moments into small experiments: practical life in the kitchen, sensorial play in the living room, and grace & courtesy everywhere in between. Full disclosure: my daughter is often the first test pilot for the new activities I bring home from training — my favorite tiny “guinea pig,” purely in the giggles-and-learning sense. In both my classroom and at home, I blend coursework, observation, and lots of hands-on trial-and-error. When something works, I note why; when it doesn’t, I adjust the presentation, the environment, or the timing. I’m building my practice with joy, humility, and a healthy sense of humor — because Montessori is a beautiful journey, and a little mess is part of the magic.
